Of all the things she did, Pauline always loved working in and appreciating gardens. She worked hard to make her home garden a magnificent display of plant life in an urban setting for all seasons and wildlife.

She was the lunch coordinator for many years (a very important role!) A Pauline Ashton Scholarship has been established through WGHS to provide a grant for a college student studying plants or nutrition.
